CURRENT FIELD NOTES
Five useful starting points.
Dirt removal: what we need to know before anyone quotes it
A dirt pile is not enough information. The material, access and place it needs to leave from all affect the plan.
Dumpster vs. haul-away vs. truck + labor
The useful question is not which label sounds cheapest. It is who will load, how the material can be reached and how quickly it needs to leave.
What photos actually help us
A close-up alone rarely explains the job. Useful photos show the material, the surrounding space and the path between it and the street.
What changes the price on a cleanout
A cleanout is shaped by what is there, what has to happen before loading and how the material leaves the property.
What we can't take, and why
Do not start loading from a guess. Tell us exactly what the material is so Kory can confirm whether it fits the job or needs a different path.
