What we can't take, and why

Start with the actual material

A broad label like trash, debris or cleanup does not tell us what is in the load. Before we agree to take something, we need a description and clear photos of the material itself.

If the load contains several kinds of material, say that before loading begins. A mixed pile can hide the part that changes the answer.

Situations that need a separate answer

Some situations cannot be answered from a vague description. Unknown contents, unidentified containers, material with possible contamination, or anything that may need specialized handling should be identified and reviewed first.

This does not mean every item in those situations is prohibited. It means Kory should confirm the current policy and the appropriate next path instead of guessing.

What Kory still needs to confirm

The exact policy belongs to Kory and the approved disposal path. Until those facts are supplied, this note should not claim that a material is accepted, prohibited, subject to a surcharge or governed by a particular rule.
