What changes the scope and price?
Material weight, sorting, loading method, site access, and the intended disposal destination can change the plan. Explain whether more debris will be added after the photos and whether a container or a loaded haul-away approach is being considered.

Unknown or potentially hazardous materials require separate review. Demolition, utility disconnection, and specialty cleanup are not automatically included in debris hauling. Describe those needs before work is agreed.
Does debris removal include demolition?
Not unless it is specifically included in the agreed scope. Say what is already loose and what is still attached. If something needs to be removed from a building or structure, include that in a separate demolition description.
