Service Description

Kory's Hauling provides dumpster rental coordination services.

Customer Responsibilities

• Obtain required permits for dumpster placement
• Ensure adequate clearance (minimum 12ft height for delivery truck)
• Notify us immediately if driveway or surface is unstable or damaged
• Provide accurate delivery information and site access
• Allow access for delivery and pickup at scheduled times

Liability Limitations

• We are not liable for surface damage, tire marks, or driveway issues
• Customer assumes responsibility for site conditions
• Standard service limitations apply
• Customer is responsible for ensuring the placement area can support the weight of the loaded dumpster

Payment Terms

• Pricing confirmed when vendor accepts job
• Payment due upon completion
• Additional fees may apply for changes or delays
• Prices include delivery, pickup, and specified tonnage allowance
• Overweight charges apply per ton over the included allowance

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel anytime before vendor assignment
• Cancellation after vendor assignment may incur fees
• Weather-related delays at no charge
• Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule

Prohibited Materials

The following materials are not permitted in dumpsters:

• Hazardous waste
• Paint cans with liquid paint
• Batteries
• Tires
• Appliances with freon
• Medical waste

Disposal of prohibited materials may result in additional fees. Contact us if you're unsure about specific materials.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be handled in accordance with California law.
